WISPPAC Fundraiser is Successful at WISPAMERICA 2019

Networking at WISPPAC fundraising event

The WISPPAC party at McCormick and Schmick's was the place to be at WISPAMERICA'19! A veritable who's who of WISP executives, industry leaders, and other influencers had a great time networking and learning about the culture of advocacy that is being fostered in DC through the PAC efforts.

Incoming Chairman of the Board, Samual Curtis, welcomed everyone to the event stressing the importance of being involved in WISPPAC and how the PAC impacts the WISP industry as a whole. It is critical for our industry to have a "seat at the table" when policy is discussed and formed in Washington, Curtis said.

Ari Stourch, WISPPAC Lobbyist, gave an update on the current climate on "The Hill" surrounding legislation that will impact WISPs.

WISPPAC Outgoing Chairwoman of the Board, Elizabeth Bowels, was recognized for her outstanding contribution to the PAC.

WISPPAC would also like to thank our donors for making the event happen. Without you, the PAC would not be able to function the way it does today. We would like to give a special thanks to our presenting sponsors:

The future of WISPs is very bright indeed!!
